Refund Policy
At Xtol, we strive to deliver quality service. However, due to the nature of digital and creative work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only if:
The project has not yet started, and the request is made within 3 business days of payment
We are unable to deliver the service as agreed, despite attempts to resolve the issue
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
Initial work or drafts have already been delivered
The client cancels the project midway through
Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after requirements were met
Delays or issues were caused by the client (e.g. missed feedback, late content)
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund for uncompleted work if agreed upon mutually.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact contact@xtolonline.com with your project name and reason. We will review your request and respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
