Refund Policy

At Xtol, we strive to deliver quality service. However, due to the nature of digital and creative work, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only if:

  • The project has not yet started, and the request is made within 3 business days of payment

  • We are unable to deliver the service as agreed, despite attempts to resolve the issue

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Initial work or drafts have already been delivered

  • The client cancels the project midway through

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after requirements were met

  • Delays or issues were caused by the client (e.g. missed feedback, late content)

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund for uncompleted work if agreed upon mutually.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact contact@xtolonline.com with your project name and reason. We will review your request and respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
