By engaging with Xtol, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before starting any project.

1. Scope of Work

All services, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a proposal or agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

2. Payments

A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project. Remaining payments may be split into milestones or be completed before final delivery. Full payment is required before releasing final files or launching websites.

3. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is determined on a per-project basis and will be outlined in your proposal or contract. Revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times will be outlined in the proposal. Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or missing assets, may extend the project timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and access (such as hosting or admin credentials) in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. By default, Xtol reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social channels for self-promotion purposes.

If a client wishes to keep the project confidential and prevent public display of the work, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be requested and signed before the project begins. Once an NDA is in place, we will fully honor its terms and keep all work confidential.

7. Termination

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued for completed stages. We may terminate a project for breach of agreement or non-cooperation.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and do not share project-related materials or information with third parties without consent.
